I have been a probation officer in Coconino County for 23 years. I currently hold the position of Deputy Chief Probation Officer with Adult Probation. I have been involved with Problems Solving Courts since 2006 when I was assigned to the DUI/Drug Court Program as the Probation Officer. It is there where I found my passion for Problem Solving Courts and began to become involved on a statewide and national level. I currently serve as faculty for the National Association of Drug Court Professionals.

At the State level, I became involved with the Arizona Association of Drug Court Professionals (AADCP) in 2008 when I became a member of the Annual Problem Solving Courts Planning Committee. I believe in the work that Problem Solving Courts do and by becoming an active member of AADCP, I am able to help ensure valuable training and information regarding the latest research and best practices are available to practitioners in the field across the state of Arizona. Being a part of AADCP provides a sense of community in a field filled with several disciplines who work within Problem Solving Courts.
